Final Fight Color Challenge

Contest begins January 6, 2010 at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), and ends 12:01 PM Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), January 25, 2010.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY . Contest is open to individuals who are at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry and a legal resident of the United States. If a Prize winner is a minor under applicable state law, such winner's Prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian. This offer is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by federal, state, provincial, or local laws. Employees of Capcom, its subsidiaries, resellers, distributors and vendors and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Capcom reserves the right to request additional information to confirm eligibility. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

DESCRIPTION OF CHALLENGE/HOW TO ENTER: Capcom has commissioned Udon Artist Alvin Lee, who created a drawing for Final Fight Double Impact.

  1. You download the drawing from https://www.finalfightgame.com.
  2. You color the drawing with any instruments you would like, including color pencils, paint, crayons, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Paint, etc. ("Your Artwork").
  3. You submit your colored piece to Capcom via email or by mail-in.

    Email: send the file to finalfightcolor@capcom.com (Maximum file size 5mb, if your file size exceeds this, please send us a compressed version that does not exceed 5mb).

    Mail-in Method of Entry: If you wish to enter the Contest, send Your Artwork (with your name, address, phone number, and email address (if any) on the back) and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Final Fight Color Challenge", Attn: Robert Tunick, 800 Concar Drive, Suite 300, San Mateo, CA 94402. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) request per envelope. All mail-in entries must be must be postmarked by January 25, 2010 and received by February 1, 2010. All entries become the exclusive property of Capcom, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Capcom. Capcom is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, stolen or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

  4. Capcom chooses the top five 5 artworks and posts them on www.capcomunity.com and www.finalfightgame.com for Capcom Unity members to decide the ultimate winner.

When submitting Your Artwork, you agree to the following:

  1. Your Artwork is an original coloring.
  2. You assign all ownership rights to Your Artwork to Capcom. You understand that Your Artwork becomes the property of Capcom and Capcom may use such artwork in its sole discretion without any permission from you and/or any compensation to you.
  3. Your Artwork can be printed, reproduced, distributed, and modified as Capcom deems necessary to include or not include in its packaging (or anywhere else) without any compensation to you.
  4. Inclusion of any submission is subject to Capcom's sole approval. Capcom retains the right to pull any submission for any reason at any time.
  5. To abide by and be bound by these official rules and Capcom's decision.
  6. When you submit Your artwork, you are submitting it to Capcom to post it. Please note that you are also giving permission to other people to view it and save it on their hard drive.

WINNER SELECTION - Capcom will evaluate all the submissions received by Internal Review and will subjectively choose the best five (5) pieces based on quality, how it fits with the brand, etc. These will be posted on www.capcom-unity.com and www.finalfightgame.com. Capcom will then have Capcom-Unity members choose the Grand Prize Winner. Winners will be notified by email. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Limit; One (1) Grand Prize and One (1) Runner-Up Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $1900

If you are chosen as a winner, you agree that you will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal). If Capcom does not receive the Affidavit and Release, you will be automatically disqualified from winning. No prize transfer or cash substitution allowed except at Capcom's sole discretion for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value.

By participating, You agree (a) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Capcom, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest; and (b) to release and hold harmless Capcom from and against any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, claims or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent to the use by Capcom and their designees of his/her name, voice, face, performance, likeness and city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent to have his or name released in a winner's list which will be made available to the public.

Capcom is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, prizes or releases; or failed, incomplete, interrupted or delayed operation or transmission, or other Internet entry problems; problems with computer equipment, software, on-line systems, servers, online service providers, telephone network/lines or online communications; failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or Internet traffic. Proof of connecting or logging on to the CAPCOM site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and, if a prize is won and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to the registered user.

RELEASE AND WAIVER - By entering this Contest, you forever release and waive any and all claims that you might have against Capcom and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, licensees, agents and assigns, and the officers, directors, members, shareholders and employees of the foregoing (collectively, "Capcom") arising out of or related in any way to injuries, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind or nature resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or parts thereof or your participation in this Contest. You further indemnify and hold harmless Capcom from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees reasonably incurred) arising out of or related to (i) any breach or alleged breach or violation of these Rules by you, (ii) your acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, and (iii) your participation in this Contest.

IN NO EVENT WILL CAPCOM BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR WHILE TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.

Non-compliance with these requirements may result in disqualification, and the prizes may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. In the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Capcom and its representatives to use the winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. By participating, you agree to the official rules and judges. decisions. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Santa Clara, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and service of process by, such Courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes, and further consent to the propriety of venue in such Courts. Capcom reserves the right to terminate further entry in the Contest if technical difficulties, including but not limited to infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical failures, compromise the integrity or ability to continue such entry. Unless otherwise set forth herein, Capcom's Privacy Policy shall apply to this Contest; provided, however, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between or among the Privacy Policy and these Rules, these Rules shall govern.
